How do you define coaching?
It is a highly focused, one on one, collaborative and confidential process, geared to establishing perspective, gaining clarity, confronting limitations, and building a personal plan for the future. The primary direction is forward, and the real objective is building an action plan for the future.

What is the coach’s role?
It can best be summed up in two words: Facilitator and Catalyst. It is my objective to facilitate and stimulate within you question, thinking, and discovery; and be a catalyst for vision, decision and change.

What is the participant’s role?
You need to be open and responsive to the thought stimuli, engage the process with expectancy, and trust that by engaging the coaching connection you will experience a journey of discovery and change.
